From Carsalesman to Masterchef Australia contestant in 2011, Now a Chef running his own restaurant, Jay has always had a love for food.

Since the show Jay has pursed a career in food,  numerous public cooking demonstrations and private dinner parties and now of course HUX Dining

Jay is also very passionate about the outdoors, in particular fishing.
